Shipping Policy:

All orders placed on will pass through a bank verification process and will be assessed by our risk management team before the order is accepted. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is accepted and invoice is raised. You will be notified at every step before the shipment is sent out. Once the card is charged, the fees cannot be reversed. All shipments will be made after the payment has cleared.


Signature Requirements for Delivery:

We ship merchandise by Insured FedEx Priority Overnight with an adult signature required at delivery. All shipments at are mailed and insured through FedEx. The applicable shipping rates are listed below. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We also do not ship directly to apartment buildings to prevent loss of packages. Please contact us on 732-379-4720 for delivery to apartment buildings. For our customers safety, we do not accept orders with varying shipping and billing address. However, if there are special circumstances, please contact us to process your order. We will only ship the item, if your order is accepted and approved by the billing verification team. Shipping will take place only once the payment is approved.

As per the terms and conditions at, customers are not permitted to change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched for shipping.


What if the customer misses the delivery?

FedEx will make 3 attempts on business days only to deliver the package at your home. After 3 attempts, the package will be sent to the nearest FedEx location for pickup. The customer will have 3 days to pickup the package from that location after which it will be mailed back to us. In that case, the customer will pay for the return shipping to us. We require the customer to carry a valid State ID at the time of pick-up.


Sales Tax Information: 

As per the NJ state tax regulations, a 6.625% sales tax will be automatically applied on all orders that are shipped within New Jersey or picked from our NJ store.
